Stepping to 300

Join the challenge this May with the rest of your community and take part in the MetroWest YMCA sponsored "Stepping to 300" challenge. Using your own pedometer or electronic wellneess tracker (FitBit, etc.) log the number of steps you take daily. The goal is to hit 10,000 steps a day for 30 days to reach 300,000 steps each.
